Sen. Inhofe's bill seeks to displace Iranian oil imports

Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., plans to introduce a bill this week that would require the Obama administration to boost drilling on federal lands to displace crude oil from Iran on the world market. The measure would allow President Barack Obama to place full sanctions on Iranian oil by halting waivers to some countries that purchase the fuel, an aide to the senator said.
