Thomas Keller brings a restaurant kitchen to the stage at CIA

Chef Thomas Keller on Monday led a group of employees, suppliers and CIA alumni in an on-stage production called "Sense of Urgency" as a demonstration for CIA students about the inner workings of a restaurant kitchen and the many roles that go into its success. Interspersed throughout the drama were pauses where key figures spoke of their individual contributions to the overall picture.
