Ed Oakley advances in Dallas mayoral race

Ed Oakley, the longtime Dallas official and sitting city councilor, won 20% of the vote in Saturday's mayoral elections, advancing to a runoff against business executive Tom Leppert. If elected, Oakley would be the first openly gay mayor in the city's history.
