Holder faces Senate grilling over AP probe

Attorney General Eric Holder will appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee today to defend his agency's targeting of journalists' phone records. During previous appearances Holder has been able to count on the support of Democratic senators, but he's unlikely to get much love from his party-mates today. "I don’t know who did it and why it was done, but it’s inexcusable. There’s no way to justify this," Majority Leader Harry Reid told reporters.
