Tech jobs grow by 1.1% in the U.S.

The number of technology jobs in the U.S. grew 1.1% in 2012 from the previous year, according to a report from the TechAmerica Foundation. The report shows that the most jobs were added in software services, followed by engineering and technology services. Tech jobs grew fastest in North Dakota, Missouri and Michigan, but California had the most tech jobs in the nation in 2012, the report found.
