TSA intercepts gunpowder at Honolulu Airport

Officials at Honolulu Airport found two cans of rifle powder in a checked bag on May 8 but did not detain or arrest the bag's owner. The week before, officials questioned a man at Hawaii's Hilo Airport for trying to check a bag with what looked like a modified pressure cooker. He was not arrested and no explosives were found.
