Wis. nursery marks a century of family ownership

Klein's Floral and Greenhouses in Madison, Wis., turns 100 this year under the ownership of the founder's granddaughter. Sue Klein, who started making corsages at age 2, bought the business from her parents after earning her floriculture degree in 1990, and today the nursery business does about $1.5 million in annual sales and employs 48 people in the busy months.
