Mills: SBA lending is back to pre-recession levels

Small Business Administration chief Karen Mills says her agency loaned $42 billion to entrepreneurs "during the worst small-business credit crisis in recent history," helping return SBA lending to 2008 levels. With reduced paperwork, quicker turnaround times and 1,200 new lenders making loans, "We are not the same SBA that people were dealing with several years ago," Mills says.
