$1B Okla. project to create 500 to 800 construction jobs

Construction of a new urea production plant in Enid, Okla., will start sometime in the fourth quarter of 2014. Koch Nitrogen Co.'s $1 billion project will include overhauling its processes to increase fertilizer production at its existing Enid plant. Work is expected to create between 500 and 800 construction jobs and be completed in 2016.
