Congress examines Sebelius' ACA fundraising

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius encouraged donations from H&R Block and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, neither of which is regulated by her department, to fund Enroll America's efforts to promote the Affordable Care Act, HHS spokesman Jason Young said. Congressional Republicans have asked the Government Accountability Office to investigate whether Sebelius' activities broke laws or ethics rules.
