Keystone XL pipeline bill clears third House committee

Legislation that would authorize Congress to green-light TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline cleared the House Transportation Committee. It's the third time a panel has voted to approve the bill. "The studies have been done and this project checks out. It's time to let this project proceed," said Rep. Bill Shuster, R-Pa., chairman of the committee.
