Lawmaker describes sequester's effect on Wright-Patterson base

Rep. Michael Turner, R-Ohio, on Thursday told Congress that people at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are being forced to work without lights because of sequestration. The Associated Press reported earlier this month that the base has cut travel and training and has resorted to turning off lights and air conditioning as it copes with sequestration.
