Neb. telehealth bill aims to improve children's mental health services

Nebraska lawmakers voted 35-0 in favor of a bill designed to boost children's access to mental health professionals through computer technology. Under the measure, children who visit physicians at three health clinics would be offered mental and behavioral health screenings during routine physical exams and referred for treatment if needed.
