SEC's White prepares to tackle large agenda

Mary Jo White, the new head of the Securities and Exchange Commission, has a large regulatory agenda to confront as she settles into the position. To help tackle the agenda, she has appointed attorney Keith Higgins from Ropes & Gray to lead the division of corporation finance, and has promoted the division's former acting chief, Lona Nallengara, to chief of staff.
