Graduates of Wyoming community colleges will be accepted automatically into the University of Wyoming under a new plan set to take effect this fall. Officials say the move is designed to encourage students to finish community college and reduce costs and paperwork. "I think it's a message from the university to all community college graduates that we know they're ready to continue with their education if they want to do so," said university President Tom Buchanan.
