New York Fed urges Wall Street to stabilize repo market

A Wall Street working group recommended changes to the repo market, striving to stabilize repo trading and make it less prone to panic. Officials at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York responded to the proposed changes, saying they "do not address all areas of concern in the tri-party repo market," although they are moving in the right direction.
