Another bill to repeal ACA passes House

The House voted 229-195 Thursday in favor of legislation to repeal the Affordable Care Act, the 37th time the Republican-controlled House has attempted to put a full or partial end to the law. Many of the first-year Republican lawmakers took the opportunity to speak against the health care law in their first chance to vote for its repeal.
