Arris' bottom line will be affected by Motorola Home deal, CEO says

Arris' Q2 results are likely to take a hit because of challenges associated with its acquisition of set-top maker Motorola Home, according to Bob Stanzione, Arris' chairman and CEO. Arris is looking to finish Q2 with revenue of $1.028 billion to $1.078 billion, compared with the $1.105 billion the merged companies would have tallied in Q1.
