Greenhouse in N.C. mimics world climates for Syngenta

Syngenta's $72 million Advanced Crop Lab at its biotechnology research center in North Carolina includes a high-tech greenhouse that uses artificial light as well as the sun to reproduce conditions around the world. The facility includes enclosures for breeding stock plants used to develop biotech products.
