Private talks on N.Y. gaming expansion include Long Island casino

Closed-door gaming expansion talks between New York lawmakers and Gov. Andrew Cuomo reportedly include legislation to authorize a casino with 2,000 regional video slot machines on Long Island. The bill states that the Long Island casino would feature facilities that include "superior consumer amenities and conveniences to encourage and attract the patronage of tourists and other visitors from across the region, state and nation."
