RadioShack to set up shop in campus bookstores

Consumer electronics retailer RadioShack has signed a five-year deal with a subsidiary of the National Association of College Stores to set up branded sections in college bookstores selling a selection of popular items including headphones, batteries and flash drives. In addition to boosting sales, the goal of the non-traditional expansion plan is to raise greater brand awareness in younger consumers.
