Texas tornadoes knock out power; it could be off for 3 weeks

Several tornadoes ripped through North Texas Wednesday, knocking out electrical power, ripping off roofs, flattening homes, overturning vehicles, and leaving six people dead and many others injured. Power could be out for up to three weeks. Meanwhile, a group of tornado experts met in Charlotte, N.C., to discuss ways to make communities more resistant to extreme weather.
