Calif. city council approves another mixed-use building

The Glendale, Calif., City Council has unanimously authorized an initial design for an apartment building with 142 units and commercial space. The building, The Link, is the third large mixed-use structure in the area to receive city approval and is meant to complement a mixed-use project called the Triangle that officials hope will improve the neighborhood.
