Japanese schools continue its focus on nutrition

While students in the U.S. sometimes reject healthy school meals, Japanese students have become accustomed to a strict adherence to nutrition in schools. School nutrition professionals at Tokyo's Higashi-Kanamachi Elementary School make all meals from scratch, using local foods, and in the classroom, students and teachers eat the same meals.
