Neb. to study breakfast participation

State lawmakers in Nebraska have commissioned a study to determine why more students who participate in the state's free and reduced-price lunch program do not also eat breakfast at school. Schools statewide have taken different approaches to breakfast, with some not serving the morning meals and some adopting grab-and-go programs.
