Onex halts efforts to sell Carestream Health

Onex has halted its efforts to find a buyer for Carestream Health, according to sources familiar with the situation. The company was not able to find a buyer willing to pay $3.5 billion for Carestream, the sources said. Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners reportedly have opted out of the process. Onex has shifted to looking at other possibilities for Carestream, one of the sources said.
