Wash. city transit agency prepares to deploy electric bus

An all-electric bus that can travel more than 130 miles on a charge will begin serving residents of Richland, Wash., this summer. The bus, funded by a federal grant, will be the first of its kind in the country to be used in regular service by a transit agency.
