Task force to fight fraud in Medicare, Medicaid

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. formed a task force to identify and prevent fraudulent claims in Medicare and Medicaid. Composed of officials from the HHS and the Justice Department, the Health Care Fraud Prevention and Enforcement Action Team will use technology and legal maneuvering to investigate suspicious billing practices.
