BCBS of Tennessee uses its wellness success as marketing tool

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is traveling the state to show insurance brokers and employers how it can be a partner in workplace wellness, using its own program as a case study. The company had a 91% participation rate in its wellness program for 2012, compared with 26% in 2008, and had total claims costs stay level from 2009 to 2012.
