Congressmen seek answers about missing war records

Reps. Jeff Miller, R-Fla., and Michael Michaud, D-Maine, have sent a letter to Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel seeking more information about the loss of Army field records during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. An investigation by ProPublica and The Seattle Times last year found that several Army units lost or had failed to keep required battlefield records.
