ING U.S. remains undervalued, analysts say

ING U.S. is a misunderstood and undervalued company, some analysts say. The company's complicated past and its forced sale from ING Groep as part of a Dutch government rescue package mask the value of its underlying business. "It's so cheap that you can overlook its visible flaws," said Bill Mitchell, a Spinoff & Reorg Profiles analyst.
