Responsive Web design is on the rise among marketers, who see increasing device fragmentation and need the framework to deliver content efficiently, according to this article. But self-described experience levels in implementing responsive designs vary dramatically between the 18% of client-side marketers who say they're state-of-the-art and the 23% who say they're "behind the times," in a Society of Digital Agencies survey.
