Wis. court rules in favor of court-martialed veteran

An appeals court in Wisconsin has ruled that a veteran discharged for poor conduct must be given preferential treatment in his job application to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mark Schirripa meets the state's definition of a veteran despite having been discharged from the Navy after a court martial, the court ruled.
