AT&T gains among global brands, study finds

AT&T moved from eighth place in the world to sixth in Millward Brown Optimor's annual BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands ranking. China Mobile remained the 10th highest ranked in brand value. Verizon Communications ranked 12th, while BT Group made its debut in the rankings at number 94. Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, Orange and a handful of other European telecoms saw their brand values decline in the past year.
