CDC: U.S. adults continue to make unhealthy lifestyle choices

CDC researchers surveyed almost 77,000 adults between 2008 and 2010 and found that about 6 in 10 of them are either overweight or obese. The report also showed 20.2% of the respondents were smokers and 64.9% were current drinkers. Fewer than half of adults meet federal guidelines for aerobic physical activity, the CDC said.
