Experts: Data insufficient to rule on fate of Japan nuclear plant

A decision on whether to shut down Japan Atomic Power's Tsuruga nuclear plant should be delayed because of inadequate data on a suspected active seismic fault beneath the facility, according to an expert panel commissioned by the company. The panel's remarks came a day before Japan's nuclear regulator rules on the plant's fate.
