Self-service bag drops coming by year's end to Copenhagen Airport

SAS and Norwegian fliers at Copenhagen Airport will be able to use new self-service bag drops by the end of this year. The airport is installing 12 self-service bag drops throughout the hub. "By far the majority of our passengers already check in on their own, either online, on their mobile phones or using one of the 83 check-in kiosks at the airport; and the opportunity to print and attach bag tags and drop their bags directly on the baggage belt means that passengers can get to their flights even more quickly than before," said Marie-Louise Lotz, head of passenger service at the airport.
