Dimon keeps chairman and CEO jobs at JPMorgan

JPMorgan Chase Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon retained both jobs as only 32.2% of shareholders voted in favor of dividing the roles. Dimon received more votes in favor of keeping both jobs this year than in 2012, when 40.1% of shareholders were in favor of dividing the roles.
