Connecting customers' digital experiences in a personalized way is the key to enhancing mobile commerce, Target Chief Information Officer Beth Jacob said at the CTIA 2013: Mobile Marketplace conference. "Already today, many of our guests are on multiple devices. ... You have to think about all of these points of integration and the creative ways that data and other touch points come together," Jacob said.
