Salmonella risk prompts recall of baking-mix products from Eco-Cuisine

Eco-Cuisine recalled its baking-mix products because of possible Salmonella contamination. The move was made after CHS Foods notified the company that the products contain ingredients contaminated with Salmonella. The affected products were distributed all over the country via food-service distribution centers and direct sales.
