SAP to sell aggregated wireless data to marketers

SAP wants to collate data from its network of 990 mobile operators and sell it to marketers via a subscribers' Web portal. The real-time, cloud-based Consumer Insight 365 service would not sell individual user data, the company says. SAP says its data slicing-and-dicing will be more economical to marketers who, for example, might want to know specifically what sites consumers are visiting during Super Bowl commercials.
