NSAIDs reduce gastric cancer risks among ulcer patients

Research showed peptic ulcer patients who take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have a lower risk of gastric cancer. Data on more than 52,000 hospitalized patients found the risk was even lower for those whose ulcer was linked to Helicobacter pylori infection.
