Grill maximizes heat transfer for cooking efficiency

JBT FoodTech's Stein ProGRILL uses automatic belt tracking and focuses on efficient heat transfer to cook as much as three times faster than conventional grills, JBT says. The product -- designed for restaurant and institutional use -- has two parallel Teflon belts whose gap can be adjusted for different food products, with electrical heat transferred directly to the belts.
