Augusta, Ga., retail center trades for $11.3M

Colony Plaza in Augusta, Ga. has traded for $11.3 million. A private equity company from New York bought the 216,712-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center. Now 21 years old and 93% leased, the center is anchored by a Food Lion and a Sitel call center. The shopping center recently underwent a $3 million renovation.
