Kentucky college offers unique Spanish immersion program

A new Spanish language immersion program at Georgetown College in Kentucky is believed to be the first of its kind at the post-secondary level. Students in the program can choose any major, but they will take about a third of their core classes in Spanish. The program is designed for three groups of students: native Spanish speakers, heritage Spanish speakers and those who may want to continue an immersion program they experienced at the high school level.
