Don't compartmentalize sustainability, says CBI chief

Companies shouldn't put their CSR efforts in a silo, says John Cridland, director-general of the Confederation of British Industry. Rather than spinning off niche sustainability efforts, companies need to bring them into the mainstream and look at them in economic and strategic calculations, Cridland argues. "I don't think the right focus is on green growth. My concern is with growth that is green," he writes.
