Futuristic vending machines dispense high-end items

The next generation of touch-screen vending machines, or automated retail stores, is making its way to the U.S. The machines, which are in use in Canada, the Middle East and Japan, feature "curated" selections of higher-end goods, from Body Shop products to gold bars selling for more than $1,000 an ounce.
