Charlevoix gives employees good reasons to be healthy

More than 40% of city employees in Charlevoix, Mich., participate in a fitness program that offers incentives and rewards for improving their health through diet and exercise. The city has a "Ride the Path" program that encourages staff members to exercise, eat healthy foods and volunteer, and the more they do the more points they earn toward rewards.
