Stress doesn't always lead back to bad habits, research finds

When you're under stress you can fall back on bad habits such as overeating, but you can also go back to good habits such as exercising more, research finds. That's because when threatened, the brain relies on more primitive regions and falls back on habits whether they're good or bad, researchers explain.
