NTSB issues urgent recommendation to inspect GE engines

Four older jets have suffered "uncontained engine failures" in the past two years, prompting the NTSB to recommend urgent inspections for the General Electric engines involved in the incidents. GE says most of the 373 engines in use in the U.S. are found on cargo carriers.
